It Happened! And I Was There!

It has been a long and incredibly tiring good night last night. I went to the Dave Goelz thing yesterday evening.

I have some pictures.

This is me with Ryan, who runs The Muppet Mindset, a blog made to review Muppet stuff. He was very nice. He, however doesn't know I was the one who told him about it, though.

This is Anthony, who works with Tough Pigs. He was cool, but nerdier than me. How nerdy? It's like he doesn't live in his parents basement. More like the sub-basement.

This was the name of the program: Muppets 101.

First was this Long and incredibly boring appropriate rule goings over.
Then Dave got to speak, and he talked about some of the things Jim did before, and during his time with the Muppets, which is still going on.

Here's part of the video he talked about. It was done by the Jim Henson Legacy.

Here's from the pitch reel for Sesame Street.

Then a Q and A session. I got to ask my question, then the special guest (Yes, Gonzo) came out of the box. He apparently got flown in from Hoboken.

Ah.... this part was very funny. June Freaking Cleaver asked about the whole "Chicken Romance" thing. What was said was "What about it?!"

This was interesting, when Gonzo was complaining about one of the questions.

It's a kinda cool, being in a room with a Muppet. It makes me wish I was actually talented.

This picture is kinda blurry. I know it was during the Q and A session, but I don't know when.

Ok.... I can't explain this one. Eli was with us and he was in the way.

This was done during the rantesque talk Gonzo had about Elmo, which made me laugh.

"Elmo? He's a weirdo!"
Here's when I was in the Incredibly long line to get an autograph.

This.... is the high point of the pictures. And I will never forget it. Thanks Dave for tolerating a picture!

Then here are some things I don't need to explain. AUTOGRAPHS!!!

What a night!

I know Kermit inside and out! Wanna see?

But seroiusly though, this post is about two people, Steve Whitmire and Jim Henson. They have two things in common, they worked together, and they both performed the frog!

You already know what I'm talking about, the Muppets.

The Muppets were ran by one puppet, and two performers, the aformentioned people. First I should talk about the Big Boss, Jim.

At first, he didn't want to be a puppeteer, he wanted to work on TV though. He saw a sign that some kid's show was looking for a puppeteer, and the rest is history

Then there is Steve Whitmire!

I can't keep this one short. Steve was a huge fan of the Muppets and became a puppeteer because of Jim Henson, just like me. He became a Muppeteer durring The Muppet Show. at the begining of the '90s Jim died and they needed a new person to perform Kermit and Ernie. Jim said in his will who would get his characters. Well, some of them. Rowlf didn't come back till now, and still he isn't shown much! Anyway, Jim's will said that Steve got Kermit and Ernie. And that's how this madness began!

So, now that the truth is known* will you read my blog?

*Note: some of it might be wrong, I don't know. I read it somewhere, I am telling the truth as I know it.

This is what happens when you combine two shows.

I have seen many shows where they either spoofed and/or mixed the characters of other shows. This is what happens.

The Goofalotatots form The Mask The Animated Series.

As you can tell, this is the cartoon based off the Jim Carrey movie of the same name. The Mask once met a spoof of the Warner Brothers and their sister Dot. The Goofalolatots, Stinko, Pinko, and Snot.

This is just the first part.

This is why I decided to post this. If you can't tell, Yakko is a skunk, Wakko is a beaver, and Dot is a cat.

Then there is Pinky, Elmyra and The Brain.

This one lasted 1 season. Ok, I can understand that..... Pinky and The Brain lasted untill 1999. This one lasted one year. I mean, COME ON! If you wanted to make an Animaniacs Tiny Toons crossover, use The Warners and Buster and Babs Bunny! That would have made a good show! Grrrrrr....

Ok, I need to calm down. Bye

Flower, I miss you!

I am honoring my favorite meerkat from Meerkat Manor today! Flower died from a snake bite to the head three years ago.

It is really sad (I cry every time i watch "Journey's end") So we must now honor Flower.

I wrote a eulogy.

Flower died as she lived, protecting her pups. We will miss her spunky attitude, her devotion to her family, and her determination to survive.

Goodbye, my sweet. And as Sean Astin said, "The desert has lost it's favorite rose."

Jim's former company is following me!

If you don't know this already, you don't read mom's or my blog. I am a fan of the Muppets. That is why I was so exited when I heard Dave Golez was coming to Missouri. So, when I joined Twitter, I found out that The Jim Henson Company had a Twitter account. I was excited! So I decided to follow Jim's company (Jim's former company). I didn't know that I would get the biggest suprise of a lifetime. I am a puppeteer, so I was suprised that the Company's Twitter account started following me, I was psyched! But I don't know what to say..... I want to tweet to them, but what to say?

WWJD? What would Jim do?

Can you comment to this post and say what you think I should tweet? Thanks in advance for the ideas!

Part two of the Warners Invade Missouri

Have you read part one? Well, If you haven't you're lost.

Please don't ask about this one!

I'm out of pictures now. If you want to make a Wakko or Dot costume, ask me and June Freaking Cleaver to help! Otherwise you are in trouble!

The Warners invade Missouri

Me and my teacher,Ms. Mckenna , decided to go as Wakko and Dot Warner one day at school (Accually, I begged her, so I wouldn't be the odd duck) These are the pictures to prove it!

The tail, for me was a pain in my black panted BUTT!

This costume (Mine, not hers) Was worked on by me and June Freaking Cleaver, who I nagged to death!
Yes, even Ms. Mckenna had a tail. But for hers, I helped because June was at work.

Here is me with my DVD. Note: This picture was my idea.

Note: So was this one! But you should know, NEVER EVER take a picture with a DVD with the camrea far away. Because it will look like this.

Oh, and By the way.... this is gonna be in two parts. So..... yeah, bye.

Tweeters BEWARE! The Boy goes to Twitter

It is true! I have escaped the water tower of my mind on ANOTHER website! Well, I had to start my new computer off with a BANG! And this is the only way I knew how! My Username is Ratiosmaintopic. Translated it means "Ratio's main topic" OMG! I made a refrence to my mom's blog! speaking of which, I am now a twitter FREAK! Even though as of this post being made, I have been on Twitter for a minute. Oh well!

This is my icon. My other icons are a group of highly skilled toons trying to break out of the computer on some fourm. They are known as "The only animated sprites of Tiny Toons and Animaniacs characters I could find" Oh and By the way! It is hard to find Wakko and Dot sprites.

Remember this picture for a while. If my plan works, the Animaniacs Movie will be a sure thing!

Mama Kat's Writer's Workshop - An Open Letter to a Cartoon Character

Seeing as this is my first shot at Mama Kat's Writer's Workshop, I decided to select the following prompt:

Write an open letter to a cartoon character. But I'm not much of a letter writer, so I did my message to my character Wakko Warner, via instant messaging (IM).

The Boy (that's me): Wakko, it seems to me that you enjoy going pantsless. Is that true?
Wakko: Yes, it's true. Although I've complained that I didn't wear pants in the show, my brother, Yakko, got the only pair of pants available. And I sure didn't want to wear my sister Dot's dress...so I am without pants.
The Boy: Why did they make the movie Wakko's Wish?
Wakko: This is more of my agent's territory, I'll have to get back to you.
The Boy: Why are you the favorite Warner kid on the show?
Wakko: That's a really good question. I'm the most popular because... no, wait, you'll have to contact my agent for that answer. Thanks.
The Boy: It's great to have talked to you. Can you type your most famous line?
Wakko? Do I have to?
The Boy: Yes, you do.
Wakko: Faboo! Happy now?
The Boy: Yeah, thanks.

That's where our chat ended. He also said that he and his siblings hadn't seen each other for many years, but that they were coming for a visit that day.

He also said they'd been kicked out of the water tower, due to all of the damages they'd caused.

Good News Everyone!

The court finally dropped my case. Wanna know why? My psychiatrist and their psychologist agreed on a couple of  things - that I have Asperger's, and I don't have the ability to form intent to commit assault.

That means I didn't MEAN to do it. I have been saying that the whole June Freaking time.

But I'm not out of the woods just yet. I am now on informal probation; that means that a juvenile officer will still visit me at school to check on my behavior.

I feel a bit better now, knowing that the court date will not be coming up this month. I will have to keep my cool, and behave myself from now on.

Because I don't ever want to look like THIS again.

Hello-o-o-o-o HAITI! You just got all my money!

I have donated all my money to Haiti. Well, actually, I donated my money to June Freaking Cleaver, who used her credit card to donate to Haiti.

If you didn't know already... and how could you not since it was on all the networks... they had a Hope for Haiti benifit drive on TV. I decided along time ago that I would donate. So, I did.

Not only did I have 32 busy signals, and a few DUA-DUH-DUHHHs (You hear them all the time when somebody stops paying their phone bill and you try to call them.) I finally got through, I donated $8.00.

With her credit card, after I gave her my money, My mom, June freaking Cleaver, donated about how much I had.

I can't talk about anything depressing now..... MUPPETS!

That just shows that I am random!

Surgery is a real pain (Especially to me!)

I know what your thinking... "You are having surgery, aren't you?" No I am not.... But Dave Golez is! He isn't coming after all!

I was good all this time for nothing! I will post how it goes if it is rescheduled.

Oh well. Let's wish him the best (And quickest so they can reschedule) recovery possible!

God help me!

This is his second or third shoulder surgery in a long line of puppeteering related surgeries for him.

He is getting too old for this I guess!

Don't be sad, Gonzo, I will see you soon!

Waiting for the clock to strike 3 (Or 7:30 on Febuary 6th)

Waiting for the Dave Golez thing has made me think about a few things..... And even more that doesn't mean making fun of The Mister (Or as the Gorgeous Tammy called him "Ward Freaking Cleaver") It reminded me of a song from Tiny Toons How I spent my summer Vacation

Think about this song next time you are waiting for Summer Vacation or anything!

It inspired me to draw some pictures of Animaniacs and Tiny Toons characters. (WARNING! What you are about to see is bad drawings done in some kid's free time. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!)
(Accually I traced over them, but whatever!)

Here is Wakko.

Dot is what I think, one of the best I did.

I had to Re-do Yakko's eye, so it's crooked.

This picture of Pinky and Brain came from a T-Shirt... What I wrote down was what the shirt said.

Look who it is! It's our favorite Tiny Toons character Badly Drawn Dizzy Devil with a pizza! What a scamp!

And if that didn't scare you enough, here's Plucky Duck!

Not only Really badly drawn Plucky Duck is here... but so is Beheaded Buster Bunny who was quickly erased!

So now you see.... I should never be an artist... exept on Animaniacs characters.

The Muppets are coming to Missouri!

Dave Golez, who plays Gonzo, is coming to Missouri next month! I will hopefully get to go see him in February (The 6th, of this year) and get a few things autographed.

This is him with Gonzo, if you can't tell.

See ya, and I will tell you what happens!

Oh, by the way, I have to earn it. No problem!
